Chris Singleton is a primary target for the new Panathinaikos’ frontline, but so far, there’s no deal with the Greens, even though there are negotiations with the club, according to various reports.
As the player said to Eurohoops, “there’s no agreement” between him and Panathinaikos. Singleton already has offers in his hands from three Euroleague teams, who took a great interest of the American forward after his last season in the competition.
With Lokomotiv Kuban, Singleton made it to the Euroleague Final Four and has averaged 8.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1 assist in 31 games. His defensive efficiency and general characteristics, cover the needs of coach Argiris Pedoulakis of Panathinaikos, one of the teams that want to add him in their roster. He is athletic, can play with the ball in his hands in order to create for himself, while he is a solid shooter from mid range, and not only.
Singleton now plays in the NBL League of China with Anhui Wenyi in order to stay in perfect shape ahead of the new season.
