The 17 players that were chosen by coach Ilias Papatheodorou for the roster of the Greek U20 national team were announced. Among the players is Kostas Antetokounmpo, who will wear his country’s jersey for the first time.
Other names of the team include some hot prospects like Vassilis Charalambopoulos, MVP of last year’s U18 European Championship and center Giorgos Papagiannis, who both play for Panathinaikos.
The Greek national team will start preparing for the FIBA U20 European Championship that will take place in Chalkida from 15/7 to 24/7.
