Justin Doellman is ready to get a Kosovar passport, as “El Mundo Deportivo” reports. The American power forward is expected to play with the Kosovo national team in the qualifying games for Eurobasket 2017.
The president of Kosovo’s basketball federation, Erolld Belegu, traveled to Barcelona during the first two ACB finals, invited by Barcelona’s president Josep Maria Bartomeu. That means that there’s an agreement between all sides involved. What’s even more interesting is that according to the same report, Dogus Darussafaka already expressed its interest towards the player who is going to be a free agent.
Considering the big shots that Boellman provided this season for Barcelona, even if the team couldn’t get to the Euroleague Final Four, it will be a loss for the Catalans to let him go.
