After the announcement of his deal with Panathinaikos, Chris Singleton spoke to Eurohoops about the new chapter of his career.
After playing in the Final Four with Lokomotiv Kuban, Singleton wants to go all the way: “When you step on the court, the goal is to always win. We are going to try and win anything and everything”.
Singleton had other offers on the table, with Maccabi Tel Aviv showing also great interest, but his choice was Green: “I would like to thank all the teams that showed interest on me. It means something to me knowing that I was viewed so highly among European clubs, but I’m glad to be part of a historic organization. I look forward to exciting things with the team, the community, and the fans”.
His deal with Panathinaikos includes an NBA out on the summer of 2017, however for the next season Singleton is Euroleague-bound.
