Curtis Jerrells is the new addition of Hapoel Jerusalem as the club announced. The 29 years old point guard will lead the Israelis in the upcoming Eurocup season.
Jerrells had played already in Partizan, Fenerbahce, Murcia, Besiktas, Milano, Unics Kazan and Galatasaray, having his best season yet in Italy when he played for EA7 Armani Milano and the team was defeated in the Euroleague play offs by his new arch rival, Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Jerrells played college basketball at Baylor University. He was the first player in Bears history to lead the team in scoring and assists all four seasons. He became the second player in BU history with 1,000 points, 400 assists and 100 steals.
