Slovenian shooting guard Miha Lapornik is the new addition of Bilbao as the club officially announced. The 22-year old player signed a one-year contract, including an option for the next season, with the Spanish team.
Lapornik arrives from Union Olimpija Lubjana with which he averaged 10 points and 2 assists per game last year, familiarizing himself with the Eurocup whereabouts. This is the first time he will play outside of Slovenia, and this is going to take place in the highly competitive Liga Endesa.
He has also been an international with the Slovenian national team’s youth categories, participating in multiple tournaments.
