The search of Galatasaray for a starting point guard continues, but that doesn’t stop the Eurocup champions from taking care of filling the rest of the vacant sports in its roster. And that is why it brought Turkish guard Can Korkmaz on board, confirming Eurohoops’ earlier report about the transfer.
Korkmaz is a familiar face in Galatasaray since he has played there from 2011 to 2013. During the previous season, he was a part of Usak Sportif and averaged 4.4 points and 1.5 assists in 13 minutes of playing time per game.
The 23-year old guard is expected to add an extra solution to coach Ergin Ataman coming from the bench.
