It didn’t take long for Murcia to find its new head coach, after Fotis Katsikaris’ departure for Lokomotiv Kuban. The Spanish team places its trust to Oscar Quintana, a familiar face, since he previously coached the team from 2012 to 2014.
Quintana has lots of job in front of him since in his new tenure, he grabbing the helm of the team after Murcia’s most successful Liga Endesa season in the club’s history. Furthermore, Murcia is going to participate in a demanding continental competition, like Eurocup.
During his career he has been coach of such teams as Zaragoza, Fuenlabrada and Sevilla.
