Usak Sportif has reached an agreement for a one-year contract with American point guard Mark Lyons, according to Eurohoops sources. This is going to be the final foreign player added in the Turkish team’s roster.
Lyons comes to Usak as a champion of the Israeli Winner League with Maccabi Rishon. He was one of the most pivotal players of the team, averaging 16.2 points, 5.1 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game.
During the next season, he won’t only present himself in the Turkish BSL but he is also going to participate in an international European competition for the first time in his career as well, since Usak Sportif plays in the FIBA Champions League.
