Argentina found the way and beat Serbia 79-74 in the “Four nations” tournament of Cordoba. The hosts were led by Carlos Delfino who finished the game with 20 points.
Andres Nocioni added also 19 points and Manu Ginobili scored 13. Despite a 30-14 start in the first quarter for Argentina, the Serbs reacted and cut the lead to two (40-38) at half time. It was a close game after that until the end with Delfino making some big threes.
Miroslav Raduljica with 13 points led Serbia, Stimac and Teodosic scored 12 points each and the Serb point guard also hurt a finger in his right hand, but it remains to be seen if his condition is serious or not.
