Fabien Causeur signed a two-year contract with Brose Bamberg, as the German club officially announced. The Beko BBL champions had made sure to enlist his services even though the player’s name appeared in the list of some major European clubs.
The French combo guard arrived from Laboral Kutxa where his game became widely known around European basketball. The previous season was his best, so far, in Euroleague. He recorded 10.1 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists per game.
An injury that he sustained on March prevented him from finishing the season at his best form, even though he managed to make his first appearance in a Euroleague Final Four, at the semifinal between Baskonia and Fenerbahce.
