Manu Ginobili played his final game in front of the Argentinian crowd and his farewell to the fans and team was most emotional. 39 years old Ginobili won the gold medal in the Athens Olympics in 2004 with Argentina and has been part of the team since 2002.
Argentina defeated the French national team 86-79 in Cordoba in Ginobili’s final international game playing in front of fans of his home country.
The crowd honored him with a standing ovation and the player teared up before speaking to the media.
