Cedevita completed another highly notable transfer by signing Croatian-American forward Duje Dukan on a three-year deal, per the club’s sport director Matej Mamic.
Dukan spent the previous season (the first in his professional career) playing for the Reno Bighornd, the Sacramento Kings’ D-League affiliate. He averaged 14.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
He is the son of Ivica Dukan, former international basketball player with the Yugoslavian national team and current chief of international scouting for the Chicago Bulls.
This is going to be the first European basketball experience for the 24-year old player and it is also going to take place in Eurocup the second-tier continental competition.
