While searching for a big-name guard, Galatasaray has also been taking care of securing a solid roster depth ahead of the upcoming season.
Its newest acquisition for that purpose is Turkish/Azerbaijani power forward Orhan Haciyeva. He has agreed to a one-year deal with the “Cimbom” and is expected to be announced quite soon by the club.
Haciyeva last played for Acibadem Universitesi, a team that competes in TBL, Turkey’s second division.
Throughout his career he has been a part of Darussafaka Dogus, Turk Telekom and Usak Sportif.
