While Pau Gasol presence is officially doubtful in the semifinal against USA, coach Mike Krzyzewski is preparing his team expecting the Spanish start to be on the court.
Coach K spoke on the matter and as USA Today reports, his answers was the following: “No, we don’t pay attention to that. We expect everybody to be 100%. I’m sure, when you play in this, there are bumps and bruises on our guys. That’s why we did more of a walk-through in our gameplan. You try not to be physical in this quick turnaround. We expect him to play”.
It remains to be seen on the court not only if Gasol will be present, but also his condition due to his calf injury.
