Anadolu Efes is reportedly dropping a bomb by signing Ben Gordon. The 33 years old has received an offer according to “Basketfaul” and he is expected to answer soon.
Bearing in mind Velimir Perasovic‘s interview on Eurohoops, the team is actively looking for another perimeter player and they are close to reaching a deal.
Ben Gordon was the 3rd overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft by Chicago Bulls. He spent five seasons there with impressive stats (e.g. 21,4 points per game in 2007). Then, he moved to Detroit with a bit of a downfall in his statistics and was at the bench.
However, according to sources, Efes‘ main target is Bryce Cotton who spent the previous season both in China and Memphis Grizzles.
