In a game decided in the last seconds, Barcelona beat Zenit St.Petersburg 63-61 thanks to a bucket and two free throws by Ante Tomic.
The Croatian center was the player who gave the win to coach Bartzokas’ team with Zenit having a 61-59 advantage in the last minute.
The scorers of the winners were the following: Rice 9, Oleson 4, Perperoglou 6, Claver 3, Tomic 15, Dorsey 2, Peno 9, Koponen 12, Sena 3.
For the losing side Toolson had 14 points, Timma 16 and Markovic 10.
