With decisive plays by Cedi Osman down the stretch, Anadolu Efes bested Unics Kazan 75 – 68 for a game of the “GSA” preseason tournament that places takes in Antalya, Turkey.
The young stud of Efes finished the match with 16 points including the key baskets that helped his team reach the final buzzer ahead in the score.
Keith Langford (21 points) had previously gained control for Unics through his actions, but the Russians didn’t manage to retain it for long.
For the Turkish team, Jayson Granger had a solid game of 15 points and 6 assists, while DeShaun Thomas dropped 12. Tyler Honeycutt added 8 points plus 6 rebonds.
Pavel Antipov was the second top scorer of Unics with 18 points. Quno Colom and Marko Banic had 11 and 10 points respectively.
