The German champs, Brose Baskets, concluded their pre-season by staying unbeaten in every preparation game they gave. Their last victim was Ludwigsburg (82-63) in the final of the “Expert Jakob Cup 2016” in Bayreuth, Germany.
Fabien Causeur was the top scorer of the game with 20 points and was also elected MVP of the tournament. Once more the team of Andrea Trinchieri proved that remains better than any other German team and got an easy win before the BBL season premier on Friday at home against Fraport Skyliners.
