The new season of the German BBL has begun with the favorites to go all the way until the end showing their sharp teeth in the premiere.
Brose Bamberg opened the curtain in a stormy manner, obliterating Fraport Skyliners with a strong output on both ends of the court, with summer acquisition Fabien Causeur doing a fine job.
Thanks to great teamwork, Bayern Munich had no problem defeating Oldenburg on the road. The Bavarians shot with 57% from the field, making up for their 21 turnovers.
Last season’s finalists Ratiopharm Ulm also won away from home, having its way against Medi Bayeruth.
