For the eight year in a row and 20th in total, Barcelona won the “Liga Catalana” pre-season tournament, this time by beating Manresa in the final (77-63).
Considering the fact that Barcelona was missing four back court players due to injuries (Juan Carlos Navarro, Tyrese Rice, Pau Ribas, Petteri Koponen) winning was not a small feat. Justin Doellman was the MVP of the game in which Barca had the lead from the start, build even a 22 points advantage (56-34) and cruised to the win.
