A new era starts for the Turkish Airlines Euroleague and so far there are only smiles even between Real Madrid and Olympiacos in Barclaycard Center.
The two teams met during their morning shoot around and Pablo Laso didn’t hesitate to state the obvious, while talking jokingly to Milan Tomic and the rest of the coaching staff of Olympiacos: “You know what to do, you will keep things close until the end and then give the ball to Spanoulis for the winning shot”. Of course, everyone laughed and it remains to be seen who will be smiling after a few hours.
Also former Olympiacos member Othello Hunter met with his old team, so there’s amicable atmospere in Madrid before the big clash of two great opponents.
