Cedevita Zagreb officially announced the addition of American-Lithuanian forward John Shurna for the remainder of the 2016-2017 season.
Shurna, 26, spent the previous year in Valencia, with which he made his debut in Eurocup. During a span of 16 games, he averaged 6.8 and 3.1 rebounds playing less than 20 minutes per match.
In the 2015-2016 Spanish league, he scored 7 points and grabbed 3 rebounds per game. He’s a dynamic forward who can more than efficiently execute from long range.
After acquiring Pierre Jackson and now with the addition of Shurna, Cedevita is definitely making a case of its high goals in both Eurocup and ABA League.
