By sending a pass to Vitaly Fridzon for the 79 – 65 in the game of CSKA Moscow vs Baskonia, Milos Teodosic registered assist no. 1000 in his EuroLeague career.
The Serbian guard thus entered a pretty exclusive club since the only other players with four-digit numbers in assists are Dimitris Diamantidis and Vassilis Spanoulis. The only others who are above Milos in the related all-time list of EuroLeague.
But what makes the case of the CSKA guard extra special is that he reached this number only in his 29th year of age, while the two aforementioned players were 34 when they recorded their 1000th EuroLeague assist!
