With yet another offensive party by Kyle Fogg, Unicaja Malaga outmaneuvered Barcelona 95 – 89 in OT for the Spanish League, grabbing a great victory in a highly thrilling match, filled with diverse emotions.

This result downgrades Barcelona to the third place of the standings with a 7 – 2 record, while Unicaja Malaga climbed to the fourth place with six wins and 3 defeats. And Fogg was the one responsible for this outcome.

He was also the one to force an extra period for Unicaja Malaga. when the score 75 – 78 and only… a second left in the regular time, he won a foul on a 3point attempt, hitting all three of his free throws.

Then in overtime, he continued winning one foul after the outher to contribute 7 highly crucial points. It was his action plus a huge 3-pointer by Carlos Suarez (11 points, 5 rebounds) for the 88 – 84 with 109 seconds left that handed Malaga victory in the end.

Dejan Musli also played big for the winning side, finishing with 13 points and 7 rebounds. Petteri Koponen was Barcelona’s top scorer with 20 points, while Tyrese Rice dropped 17 and dished 4 assists.
