Vassilis Spanoulis is having the most effective season of his career in the EuroLeague with Olympiacos, and now is the ideal time to acquire him in the fantasy challenge.
Olympiacos’s captain has had an impressive start to the season and after last week’s vindication with Milos Teodosic, the time for Vassilis Spanoulis to get on the Eurohoops Team has come.
Spanoulis has 15,4 points per game, his worst performance being the 12 points he scored on the opening night, he dishes 7,1 assists having always more than 4, while he earns 6 fouls in every game on average.
The showdown of Olympiacos on Darussafaka’s home court is the ideal opportunity for him to lead his team and produce one more big performance. Against Maccabi his shot was off and he dished only 4 assists, so his price has dropped and his acquisition has become even more attractive.
Now the undervalued players are scarce and most of them are on the list below mostly thanks to one excellent performance, and the challenge for you is to find who among them can keep pulling off performances that are above their average.

For example, Derrick Brown is coming from an amazing performance (with a ranking of 38) against Crvena Zvezda, but that wasn’t a one-off. Efes’s American forward has three excellent games in the last four games and against Maccabi he can make the difference. After all, the Israelis are not known for their defense against athletic big men. So if you have a choice among the big men, it’s worth the risk.
Meanwhile, take a look at those who are rather overvalued and avoid those who will be bad for your credits. The Eurohoops Team started collecting credits kind of sluggishly, but now it has 643,7 and can make its choices in comfort.

This week, the trio of players who are going to leave the team was a real headache. The first one to go is Rakim Sanders, who seems like he’s left his very good performances behind him. Respectively, Chris Singleton is in form, but in Barcelona things are going to be tough for him and Panathinaikos.
The third departure is going to be Art Parakhouski, as the Belarusian center is somewhat inconsistent and usually has trouble against centers of the same size as him, like Raduljica whom he is going to face in the game against Milan.
Aside from Vassilis Spanoulis and Derrick Brown, Will Clyburn is also going to be added to the roster, as he has now earned Blatt’s trust, is putting up big scores in the last games, and with his mid-range shooting and his ability to drive he can come up with one more big score against Olympiacos.
Enjoy fantasy!
