Anadolu Efes improved its record in the Turkish league to 9-1 after beating Pinar Karsiyaka at home with 96-70. For Karsiyaka, this was its 4th loss in 10 games.
Jayson Granger and Deshaun Thomas led their team to this spectacular home win with 14 points each, Furkan Korkmaz and Bryant Dunston scored 13, Derrick Brown finished the game with 12 and Thomas Heurtel achieved a double double of 11 points and 11 assists!
For the visiting team, Muhammed Baygul scored 14 points, Akif Guven had 13 and Joshua Owens also reached a double double with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Efes kept double digit leads for most of the game, never letting Karsiyaka return, while eventually the deficit reached inapproachable heights.
