Anadolu Efes played with fire, was lucky at the end and got the 78-77 road win over Trabznospor, keeping the top of the BSL with a 10-1 record.
The hosts dropped to 4-7, despite a valliant fight with the trio of Kenny Kadji (23 p. 12 r.), Stefan Tyler (19 p. 5 as.) and Caleb Green (16 p. 9 r.) stealing the show. They had a one point lead with 2.18′ left in the game (75-74), but couldn’t score again until it was too late.
Bryant Dunston with 4 points of his total of 15 made the score 78-75, Tyler missed a three which could have send the game to overtime and Kadji after an offensive rebound beat the buzzer for the final score. DeShhaun Thomas with 25 points was the leader of the winners, which also had two players scoring 10 points, Derrick Brown and Thomas Heurtel.
