Fantasy: Lojeski and Singleton at their best!

By Dimitris Mitrantzas/ info@eurohoops.net

Matt Lojeksi and Chris Singleton are in form right now and it’s worth trusting them in the EuroLeague fantasy!

The last round of the EuroLeague fantasy challenge was damaging for those who chose to trust Nando De Colo, as once again they bought a player who is expensive (he costs 102,4 credits) but who didn’t play.

The fantasy tool that Eurohoops presented last week cannot forecast… injuries, but it’s definitely worth exploring to see how much easier your life is going to be when you haven’t decided who to ax and who to acquire for your team.

Before we begin the analysis for this round let’s take a look at the players that are worth acquiring because of how easy they make it to obtain credits.

Of course, there’s no point in looking at the players who are now overvalued, because now those managers who have a reserve of enough credits can stop thinking about credits and focus on the players’ performance.

The Eurohoops team is not going to take a risk with Nando De Colo again but will wait for him to get back in action in order to rely on him. Milos Teodosic, on the contrary, is back and he can certainly make the difference again, like he did last week.

Before we look at the other additions, let’s take a look at the players – aside from De Colo – who will be departing. The first one is going to be Vassilis Spanoulis, whose participation against Crvena Zvezda is going to be decided at the last minute, and the other is going to be Thomas Heurtel, who has to leave in order to make room for the geared up Milos Teodosic.

With 218,7 credits available, your options in backcourt positions are infinite. CSKA’s Serbian guard is a must choice in the point guard position, along with Calathes.

Chris Singleton’s return to the team also seems like the only way to go, as Panathinaikos’s American forward is in excellent shape and he can do pretty well against Milan’s frontline, which has several problems against athletic big men.

Finally, Matt Lojeski is also in form right now, consistently scoring 15+ points in the last four games, and emerging as the week’s MVP in the Greek championship, and if Vassilis Spanoulis is not 100% fit after his injury, he can come up with an even bigger score.

Enjoy fantasy!
