After an injury that kept him sidelined in last week’s game, Keith Langford came back in a blast of epic proportions. The American guard was named MVP of Round 14 after leading Unics Kazan to a superb road win vs Zalgiris Kaunas thanks to 26 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals.
This number production earned him 36, more than any other player in Round 14 and earn him his second Weekly MVP honor of the season. Nando De Colo of CSKA Moscow is the only other player has claimed the award twice in the season so far.
This is the fourth “MVP of the Week” distinction in Langford‘s Euroleague career who tied his second best Index rating performance in the season after the show he put vs Zalgiris in Kaunas.
