In a game that was a one sided affair, Lietuvos Rytas got the 97-63 road win over Nizhny Novgorod. It was the first win of the guests in the Eurocup Top16 and now the two teams are tied with a 1-2 record in Group G.
After the first period which ended with Lietuvos having a 22-21 lead things changed drastically behind 30 points by David Logan. The winners were better in every part of the game and pushed until the end in order to get a final points difference that may help them in a possible tie.
Petr Gubanov with 13 points was the leading scorer of the hosts who shot just 20% in threes (5/25), while the same number of Lietuvos was 45,6% (11/24).
