Bayern Munich remains unbeaten with a 3-0 record in the Group F of the Eurocup Top16 after getting an easy 85-69 win over Lietkabelis (1-2).
The Lithuanians fell behind after the first quarter (27-14) and never got close again. Bayern led even by 20 points (52-31) at the start of the second half and the game was over.
Nick Jonhson with 17 points was the top scorer of the winners, Nihad Nedovic added 14 and Devin Booker had 11.
Ben Magden with 17 points tried his best for Lietkabelis but it was far from not enough. The Lithuanians attempted more threes than two pointers – 12/29 versus 9/25 – they missed even their free throws (15/24) and with those kind of numbers they couldn’t compete with the hosts.
