Last night’s defeat by Fenerbahce in Istanbul for the 18th round of the EuroLeague regular season included an extra problem for Panathinaikos apart from the result itself since Chris Singleton suffered an injury and had to be sidelined mid-game.
As the Greens officially announced, Singleton underwent an MRI today (20/1) in Athens and was diagnosed with a minor fracture on his left leg biceps. The American player has started a special treatment to manage a presence in the upcoming EuroLeague games of his team against Barcelona (24/1) in Athens and Crvena Zvezda (26/1) in Belgrade.
An integral part of Panathinaikos, Singleton averages 11.3 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks per game so far in EuroLeague.
