Moscow and the new “VTB Arena” will host the EuroLeague Final Four of 2019.
According to the Russian newspaper “Investia” Andrey Peregudov, senior vice president of the VTB Bank and head of the “VTB Arena Park” project, confirmed that there’s a deal with the EuroLeague on the matter. “Yes, it is true, all the fundamental aspects of the deal are settled”, he said according to the report.
The new gym will have a 12.000 seats capacity and the Final Four returns to Moscow for the first time after 2005, when Maccabi Tel Aviv beat Baskonia in the final.
