Bayern Munich qualified to the quarterfinals

Despite Lietkabelis pride, the better team not only won, but also qualified for the quarterfinals of Eurocup. Bayern Munich finished the game the right way and got the 78-72 road win.

Bayern has a 4-0 record and sealed its spot to the next phase of the competition thanks to a 7-1 run in the last four minutes of the game. The score was tied at 71 after two free throws by Zygimantas Skucas, but after that Lietkabelis missed seven shots and made just one out of two free throws, which was the 7th point of Skucas in the game.

Lietkabelis had a 26-20 lead at the first period, Bayern trailed by one at half time (40-39) and had a 7 points advantage (63-56) entering the last quarter. Still Lietkabelis come back and everything was decided at crunch time. Ksistof Lavrinovic had 12 points for Lietkabelis which has a 1-3 record.

For the winners, Nick Johnson, Anton Gavel, Devin Booker and Bryce Taylor scored 12 points each with Taylor and Gavel making big shots at the end.
