Nando De Colo addressed the rumor mill of him being in talks with Barcelona for the upcoming season with a humorous way on his twitter account.
As reported on Mundo Deportivo, a Spanish radio show named “Play Basket” first mentioned that someone from the player’s environment approached Barcelona’s board in order to learn if the team would be interested in the French guard for next season. Not only that, but also that he is “quite unhappy” in Moscow and that his wife’s Spanish origins play a role in the aforementioned approach.
De Colo cited the Spanish website and answered with the following tweet:
“Even though it’s a bit cold, we very much like life in Moscow. Thank you for worrying about it.”
It has to be noted that his contract with CSKA Moscow will last until 2019, with no buy out option, not even for the NBA.
