The season is not over yet, however the presence of Tibor Pleiss in the roster of Barcelona is already considered a unsuccessful experiment. That’s why the player will not continue to wear “Blaugrana” next season and according to Eurohoops sources his next professional destination is going to be Bayern Munich.
The German powerhouse in the making has already engaded in talks with Barcelona in order to get the player for the 2015-16 season, the last one he is under contract with the Catalans. Pleiss’ salary for next season is approximately one millions euros and the two clubs will pay half of it and share the total amount in order for the deal to be completed.
The expected return of Pleiss in Germany for the first time after 2012 is one more testament to the ambitions of Bayern Munich. As for the NBA, it remains to be seen what the future holds for 25 years old Pleiss who will be a free agent in the summer of 2016 and his rights belong to Utah Jazz.
