AEK Athens star guard Keith Langford suffered a grade 2 strain on his right biceps femoris muscle the club announced. The American player got injured early in the game during Wednesday’s (22/1) away loss to San Pablo Burgos for the Basketball Champions League.
According to the first estimations, Langford is expected to stay out action for a month. If that’ll be the case, then he’ll miss the upcoming Basketball Champions League games (at Rasta Vechta on 29/1 and vs. Anwil at home on 5/2) and also the Greek Cup Final on 16/2, if AEK advances.
Langford has been averaging 19.0 points, 2.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists in the 2019-2020 BCL.
