An exciting Regular Season came down to the wire for a lot of teams and featured twists and turns until the very last second of action on the final day.

The BCL Team of the Week includes four players who delivered performances that either led their respective teams into the Play-Offs or helped them finish in an advantageous spot in the standings, and one player who inspired his team to send a last reminder of their quality before they bow out of the competition.

Axel Julien of JDA Dijon, Retin Obasohan of Brose Bamberg, Zeljko Sakic of Lietkabelis, Kyle Wiltjer of Turk Telekom and Earl Clark of San Pablo Burgos make up Team of the Week for Gameday 14 of the 2019-20 Basketball Champions League.

AXEL JULIEN – Point Guard, JDA Dijon

There are several good reasons why Dijon registered on Tuesday night the largest winning margin in the league this season, in their 88-47 victory over Besiktas Sompo Sigorta, and the 27-year-old point guard was certainly one of them.

Julien showcases his ability to push the French team in the open floor and steered Dijon to scoring 22 fast-break points as he collected 16 points, 6 assists and a joint season-high 5 rebounds.

The French playmaker registered an efficiency rating of 21 to earn a spot on Team of the Week for the second time in his career, both this season.
