The City of Zaragoza has applied to host the Basketball Champions League Final Four which will be held from May 1 to 3, according to elperiodicodearagon.com.
Provided that Casademont Zaragoza qualifies to the next round, the application to host the Final Four is on. Out of the other Spanish teams in the BCL, Tenerife has refused to host the Final Four again, while San Pablo Burgos was interested but has not communicated if they have already applied, according to the same report.
In the past, Zaragoza’s Pabellón Principe Felipe has served as the host venue for the 1990 and 1995 EuroLeague Final Four.
