Dinamo Sassari announced that the team has been ordered to immediately leave Spain and take the private flight back to Italy.
The club made the decision after being informed by the Basketball Champions League that there is no intention from the Spanish side to play the game behind closed doors and will allow fans regular access.
“Spain at the moment looks like Italy a month ago, it has not yet understood what they will have to fight. Our priority and responsibility is to safeguard our group and, without the minimum guarantees, we are not willing to put our players and our staff at risk,” club president Stefano Sardara said.
