Strasbourg officially signed French forward Leo Cavaliere to a three-year contract. Cavaliere spent all previous years as a pro with fellow French club Pau Orthez.
Cavaliere, 24, averaged 5.3 points and 4.0 rebounds in 19.4 minutes of his debut participation in the Basketball Champions League in 2019-2020. In the French Jeep Elite League, the player had 3.9 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18.8 minutes.
As a youth, Cavaliere was a member of the French national team. He won the silver medal in the 2012 U16 European championship.
Cavaliere is the second new signing of Strasbourg after French forward/center Yannis Morin.
