Iberostar Tenerife announced that the club has reached an agreement with Sergio Rodriguez Febles for the upcoming season with options on both sides to part ways during the stint.
Last season, the 26-year-old Spanish forward played for RETAbet Bilbao Basket, averaging 4.2 points and 2.7 rebounds.
“It comes with a contract for this season that contemplates the possibility of departure by both parties, once we have Santi Yusta recovered, but our intention is that he fulfills the entire season in order to be well covered throughout the year and thus compete at the best level on all fronts,” sports director Aniano Cabrera noted and added. “He is a forward of more than two meters that can make us the positions of three and four and that in the last year has shown that he can help a lot. He is a player who will adapt to the needs of the team and who comes to give his best to help us add as many victories as possible, both in the ACB and in the Basketball Champions League.”
