Hapoel Holon penned Tyrus McGee for the next season, the Israeli club announced on Wednesday morning. The Iowa State alum became the first new player ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Apart from domestic competitions, Holon will compete once again in the Basketball Champions League. McGee himself brings in experience from his 30 BCL appearances between Elan Bearnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez and Reyer Venezia.
The 29-year-old guard last played for EBPLO in France averaging 10.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per Champions League contest. He also scored 13.8 points per Jeep Elite Pro A game.
After Spain, Germany, Italy, Turkey, and France, McGee opts to move in Israel retaining the focus of his pro career in Europe.
