Iberostar Tenerife announced Saturday (8/8) that a team member tested positive for coronavirus, following the squad’s most recent medical examinations and PCR tests. The member hasn’t exhibited any symptoms and is in home isolation.
The launch of Tenerife’s preparation period is postponed as a result of the positive test and the health protocols that the club implements.
Earlier on Saturday, Estudiantes, another Spanish club, announced that a team member tested positive for COVID-19.
