Suleiman Braimoh inked a one-year contract extension committing to a second straight season with Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem, the Israeli team announced on Sunday.
The former Rice standout moved to Israel prior to the 2018-19 season by joining Hapoel Eilat, went on to his current side one year later. A strong Basketball Champions League showing resulted in 11.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.0 blocks per appearance. His side is among teams included in the plan to conclude the 2019-20 edition of the BCL in late September.
Braimoh was productive at the domestic level as well throwing in 12.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.1 assists per game in the regular season of the Israeli league. He added 16.3 points per contest in the playoffs over three matches.
