Pinar Karsiyaka announced that the club has re-signed team captain Semih Erden with a two-year deal, one year optional.
The 34-year-old Turkish center joined Pinar Karsiyaka last season and averaged 6.7 points along with 4.7 rebounds in 15 minutes. He played a total of 35 games split between Turkey and FIBA Europe Cup.
Erden has won seven Turkish League titles and two Cups so far and has been named an All-Star seven times. He also won silver with the national team at the 2010 FIBA World Cup.
