AEK Athens has officially landed Darion Atkins to its frontline, the team announced Tuesday confirming prior reports.
28-year-old Atkins spent the 2019-20 campaign between Brose Bamberg and Iberostar Tenerife and played in 12 Champions League games. He averaged 5.4 points and 2.7 rebounds per contest with both teams.
AEK will host the upcoming Final Eight tournament planned to conclude the 2019-20 season, tipping off September 30.
