Happy Casa Brindisi has suspended its activities after a member of the team tested positive for COVID-19, the team announced Tuesday.
The person who tested positive remains asymptomatic and in isolation, while the second round of testing on Tuesday afternoon will determine whether the team can resume its activities soon.
The Italian team has yet to make its Basketball Champions League debut for the 2020-21 season and has a scheduled game against Darussafaka on Wednesday.
