The Basketball Champions League will welcome one more marquee name after the FIBA qualifiers November window. According to Eurohoops sources, Giannis Bourousis is expected to be the new addition on the roster, replacing Loukas Mavrokefalidis.
After the hiring of coach Argiris Pedoulakis, Bourousis, who is already practicing with the team, is expected to sign a contract until the end of the season.
This addition will bring one more familiar face to the Basketball Champions League with Bourousis finishing last season in Gran Canaria averaging 8,8 ppg and 3.9 rpg in 25 games in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
Mavrokefalidis on the other hand is expected to continue his career in the Greek League as a member of Ionikos. Both players have been members of the Greek national team and have played for some of the biggest clubs in Europe, including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Olympiacos, and Panathinaikos.
